I'm a bit sick of all the hype around Arteta in the media like he's the new Guardiola even though he hasn't achieved **** yet, when our team has been ****.

This task seems to be to big for him as a first job. Should have went for a more experienced, and maybe a defensive minded manager at least to scratch out some results and get some confidence back into this squad.
