I can see we can turn this around or get a point really need to be more clinical
The day we've signed XhakaHow did we let our midfield become this?
Come on Willock's been poor today. He's leaving the midfield open and he looks tired. He should have sprinted back after losing that ball.
Hes not looked at it, looks behind play today. Shame but just a sloppy game, dont think this is permanent.Hate to say it, but Willock has been awful.. Really hoped he would take his chance.
We're 2-1 down to Norwich for **** sake.
A point is as bad as losing.I can see we can turn this around or get a point really need to be more clinical
Sarcasm?just remove doozi from this team and get a real midfielder in. Anyone. Its asking too much of Xhaka to have willock on one side and Doozi on another. He can barely manage himself.
Between Martinelli, Saka and Pepe are the best attackers-defenders (Interceptions + Tackles per 90), with Martinelli being the best. Martinelli is the one who presses the defenders the most and what comes back more as well (playing on the side). Overall, Martinelli and Pepe are the hard working attacking players in defense by far imo.
Saka has strange moments where he does not defend as in the game against Liverpool's reserves, but he still defend more than the ones of Lacazette, Aubameyang and Özil. Willock played as advanced as Özil perhaps, but Joe defenders way more than Mesut, even more than Ceballos.

If you would like a defensive force with some quality I would suggest it:
-------------- Aubamayang -------------
Martinelli ------------------------- Pepe
-------- Ceballos -- Guendounzi ------
The best/more active defensive MD
In a 4-3-3.
You can have Willock for Ceballos if you don't mind aligning many young people.
Özil, Auba, Lacazette all the three need to justify their lack of defensive work with offensive input. I would say that Auba playing as a CF is the most justifiable.
Before conclusion there's observation...Yeah one match is enough to start drawing conclusions
Yes he has been poor like the whole team but its not the fault at the goals.
