Ah, that might explain it then mate. Ta for clearing it up. Miller did look like a big ****er, but then they say that TV adds 30-40lbs.

How was the atmosphere today? Sounded better than usual, did laugh at the WBA fans chanting 'Who are ya?' when their goal was ruled offside, credit to them for not taking the defeat seriously.

Almunia - 6 - Solid. Not much to do though.

Sagna - 5 - Good defensively, but clueless going forward. Needs to stop blindly crossing the ball in every given chance.

Gallas - 6 - Pretty solid, minus a few f**k ups.

Djorue - 6 - Same as Gallas

Clichy - 7 - Good game, offered a lot going forward and was solid defensively.

Eboue - 5.5 - Has he ever had a shot on goal? He wasn't too bad though, much better than Ramsey was against Twente, but he wasn't particularly good either.

Denilson - 6 - Ran our midfield decently, but too often chooses the high ball instead of the simple pass. He played ok.

Nasri - 7.5 - Man of the match. Good stuff.

Theo - 3 - He lost the ball almost every time he got it. Terrible performance from Walcott.

Bentner - 4 - A few good passes here and there, but didn't really have any sort of impact on the game.

Ade - 4.5 - His finishing was piss poor, as was his decision making. Not a good game at all. Though he was involved in pretty much everything we did.

Adebayor 4 - Didn't do anything right. I wonder if he will be able to repeat his goalscoring feat which he had last season. I doubt it. Wasted a glorious opportunity. Stop pretending you are Thierry Henry, because you are not. Just smash the ****ing ball in for once, instead of attempting to curl it in.
Bendtner 4 - His passing is not good.

Toure 5 - Pointless sub

I'll bite and do ratings this season

Almunia 7 - crucial save when it mattered
Sagna 6 - not his best right now
Gallas 7 - Calm and assured, sometimes tetchy
Djorou 7 - Great recovery play, strong tackles
Clichy 8 - Good overall and great stamina
Walcott 5 - percentage game, not supported enough
Eboue 6 - good defensively, but stay defensive!
Denilson 8 (MotM)- made a decent Cesc impression
Nasri 8 - superb work-rate and intelligence
Adebayor 4 - stop wasting chances and being selfish
Bendtner 4 - decent first half, awful second

van Persie 5 - still not really there yet
Toure 4 - just keeping fit, that's all

Almunia 7 - did everything he needed to do
Sagna 7 - solid defensively but struggled going forward
Gallas 7 - Both Cb's did everything they had to
Djourou 7 - Promising, can be a great defender
Clichy 8 - Left side was brilliant
Walcott 5 - struggled
Eboue 7 - did well in midfield but shouldn't shoot
Denilson 8 - If he can repeat this we won't need a new DM
Nasri 8.5 (MOTM) - very intelligent, always made space and the right decisions
Adebayor 5 - infuriating
Bendtner 6 - unspectacular
van Persie 6 - is he fit?

Almunia 7. Had not much of work but was there when we needed him, so for the save, seven.

Sagna 7 Solid as always.
Gallas 7 No need to be strict here, did nothing wrong.
Djorou 7 Same like Gallas, overall, we did not concede a goal so well done.
Clichy 7.5 Big credit for the goal, great pass to Denilson.

Walcott 5 That was poor, really poor.
Nasri 8 Without a doubt, the best player of the game.
Denilson 7.5 Quite good I would say, for the assist.
Eboue 7 Good he can shot, bad he can´t shot on goal, don´t give him lower number just because it´s Eboue!

Bendtner 6 Nothing special, did nothing in that game.
Adebaoyr 6 Only 3 offsides or so. Had a few good chances but didn´t score and that´s it.

Toure 0 Wilshere shoud have been there in place of him.
RvP, well didn´t see the last 15 minutes so...

Almunia 7 - Made the easy saves when he had to.

Sagna 7 - Solid.

Gallas 7 - Good game from him.

Djourou 6 - Clueless on the offside trap.

Clichy 7 - Good running, bad crossing.

Walcott 4 - Awful.

Eboue 7 - Actually had a good game in central midfield. I was amazed. His shooting was abysmal though.

Denilson 6 - Great assist but can do much better defensively.

Nasri 8 - Excellent performance. Creative and very hard to knock off the ball.

Bendtner 5 - Didn't do enough with the limited possession he had.

Ade 3 - Was terrible and selfish as well. Continues to try the Henry finish.

Didn't do match ratings last time round but Ill give it a go this season.

Almunia: 6 - don't remember too many saves
Sagna: 6 - reasonable performance
Djourou: 6 - solid enough
Gallas: 6 - see above
Clichy: 8 - everything good came from our left side yesterday.

Theo: 6 - tried.
Eboue: 6 - suprisingly sound. Wish he shot less though.
Denilson: 7- Competent.
Nasri: 8 - Good debut and what we all wanted to see. Clichy + Nasri combo looks promising.

Ade: 4 - not the typical Ade performance I have grown to love. Also needs to find a new way to finish- surely someone has told him?
Bendtner: 4 - this guy is such an eyesore. I remember one or two good passes from him in the first half though.

Robin: 5 - meh, the usual Van Persie.
Touré: pft.

Can Rosicky (assuming that hes fit) play at RM? Ive seen him play there briefly, more due to substitutions forcing Wengers hand, and he performed fairly well.

Nasri: 8 Great first performance, looks awfully comfortable on the ball

Almunia: 7 very good performance, did well with the little that was thrown at him. Encouraging display.

Sagna: 7 solid as ever.
Djourou: 7 impressed me alot
Gallas: 5 wasn't impressed, too many mistakes, total lack of leadership
Clichy: 7 decent but a little dodgy position wise in defence I thought

Theo: 4 rubbish, needs to do alot better if he want to keep his place
Eboue: 7 very good game considering he was in another new position
Denilson: 7 looks twice the player when he has someone to let him play rather than when he's asked to hold
Nasri: 8 great game, looks so exciting

Ade: 4 very poor, no excuse for it
Bendtner: 7 Thought he linked the play very well, I'm surprised people are so unhappy with him

@Qs; first ratings I've pretty much agreed with. I'd add a slight qualifier to Toure's circumstances, but not much other than that.
