It doesn't matter whether havertz was signed for 60 or 70 million, the thing is Havertz is a failed signing, bad signing happens everywhere,Chelsea signed lukaku for 100 million, madrid signed hazard for 100 million, grealish was benched for one yr by guardiola after city spent 100 million on him.
