The 115 charges is about what City did years ago, not in recent seasons. I don’t know the numbers but I’m sure we have a higher net spend than them over the last 5 seasons.

It’s irrelevant - their entire success is built on those years, before you even get to their current (and highly dubious) sponsorship deals etc. They’re absolute ****ing crooks.

City are incredible out of possession. Even if you get past it, you have to capitalise otherwise you get countered.

If Fulham can keep it 0-1, ride their luck a bit, maybe get Traore on for some speed on the break who knows. Don’t think they’ve rolled over, City are just a top side

Their combination play in the middle, particularly through tight midblocks is the best in the league. That combined with their off the ball pressing, speed and technicality in defence and potency upfront make them the best technical team in the league, no question.

They look more like our 22/23 team to me, with depth and quality across their team. They can be got at defensively, but their quality in possession and efficient attack is what makes them so difficult to score against.

We need to bring back this intricate play into our team again next season, on top of the current solidity we have now.

We don’t help ourselves though. Auba, Laca and Pepe are the most expensive front line in premier league history and we let them all go for free.

For next season we really need to cut out the bozo results like the H&A vs Fulham. Like when City drop points it's pretty much because of the variance of football; they've usually dominated their opponent but get sucker punched.

We have too many games where we've been limp dicks in attack.

0-0 or 1-0 to city is best case scenario until late in the match. These teams can only manage a late smash and grab against them so if they scored early, they would’ve gotten picked apart and battered.

Hopefully they can keep it 1-0 and get a sneaky goal at the death.

It also ignores the **** load they chuck on wages, bonuses and the enormous agent fees

You have misunderstood here. The breaches are entirely foundational. It provided an enormous influx of shady cash, and money makes money. Everything is built on obvious and extreme corruption.

But it enabled the club to build to a level where they were way above everyone else. Once you have that quality and depth, it doesn't cost anywhere near as much to maintain/build upon it.

Of course, but those players were signed as short to mid term fixes for obvious problems, because we didn’t have 115 level finances. I suppose we could have gone back to basics earlier than we did but tbf we did grow a really strong Hale End contingent, which has very much formed the foundation of our current levels, mixed in with some judicious purchases.

City on the other hand are playing with a rigged hand, rigged table, rigged casino, rigged ownership and rigged political influence, just in case any of the above goes wrong.

They’re absolute thieves but it is what it is.

They’ve been smart with it, they got Guardiola and he’s been brilliant for them. They could have gone on to make bad signings and waste their financial position like Chelsea.

This is true also, you can continue to build your revenue streams and status given the success that the cheating created.

Kylie Jenner has also been smart with her "start-up".

So they are smart crooks. The whole project involve real crimes over many years; fraud, perjury and perverting the course of justice. You have to at minimum drop them to the lowest rungs of football.

No one is saying they haven’t. They have made ridiculously good decisions and built a great foundation…

Doesn’t change the fact those foundations was built on cheating.
