Hate the aesthetic layout of six group tournaments. Third place teams should not be in knockout football.

Really it should be condensed to 16 if they don’t back the quality of a 32 team tournament.

Still can't accept Portugal winning the euros due to this rule. They had 3 draws (vs 3 average/poor teams) in the group and qualified for knock outs as 3rd placed team

I'm rooting for any team that our rivals have key players in. Like Egypt, Senegal, Mali etc. South-Korea is a clear favourite in AFC. Hope they lose the final tho.
