There wasn’t much of a decision for him to make because there wasn’t anyone in the box like for a majority of chances we had down the wings in this game.
But it was a fair enough not to have anyone there for this particular situation.

I am beyond happy that we got this guy instead of Mudryk, even if Mudryk in four years becomes a worldie.
Leo has been impactful since day one, and he is putting up amazing numbers, taking his amount of minutes into consideration.
Liverpool certainly have impressive rotation across the front three, but he is right up there in that category.

He always does well coming off the bench to supplement the team. Lacks pace but still a very dynamic and technically proficient player.

To be honest I'm surprised Mudryk even has those numbers, I thought he'd be on like 2-3 goals and 1/2 assists at best.

He's starting to hit the form we saw in early 2023 when he carried us a little while Jesus was still out and Nketiah had lost his form. Huge for us in the run in if he can keep these levels.

Off-topic though but Mudryk at Arsenal would be much more different tbf. but very happy we went with Trossard while i would have loved a player like Mudryk in our team.

If we sign Mudryk we probably wouldnt have been able to afford Rice. We have a long list of players we painfully misses out on but a Mudryk signing, though he would have done better here, would have been disatrous
