Definitely not, think 20M should be plenty to improve Giroud. I'm thinking some stainless steel legs will improve him by at least 20%. Not only will he be faster, he won't get injured or tired either. Not to mention no one would dare to tackle him.

Down grade on Mesut with Payet and replace Sanchez and Giroud for a striker who is worse.
