Even that seems excessive tbh, I mean Lucas Perez is 27 and has only played 178 professional games and most of them would have probably been in midfield.

Well, we do have to pay 600 employees for doing something near the 100s. But I think its bullshit. 200-300 times even including tape and training games is nuts.

That's normal practice, every big club carries out background checks on players to gain an insight into their personality and things like that.

Not sure about having a PI follow players around though.
