Aulas comments about Lacazette in L'Equipe, 65 M Euros it is going to be.

Actually, playing with Griezmann was the main reason that Laca wants to go to AM. The club wanted to associate them upfront as well.
Yea they close friends too. But I thought A.Madrid were buying Laca to replace Griezmann who seemed on his way to man utd.

Actually, not really. Part of Laca's rationale is that playing with Griezmann would open the door of ther French NT as well. It happened for Kevin Gameiro when he joined AG at Atletico.

Then it's mean all gonna be in Laca hands to decided his future.

Imagine if football fans actually followed Carlito's kooky illogic:

"I have watched Messi 638 times and you have only watched Messi 588 times so I am RIGHT!!!"

"NO, I have watched Messi 640 times!!! So I know he is not as good as Ronaldo"

"DUDE, I have watched Joey Barton and Ryan Shawcross more than you , you have no right to call them thugs!"

Very funny.....hahaha!

Also, Lukaku has a good first touch according to the AM's designated scout.

Absolutely not. Lacaz' was aware that Greizman was about to leave atletico for Man U. They're friends, they talk about that

This deal was more or less announced by Griez himself before the C3 final (he needed Manu to qualify for C1). He had to retract for obvious reasons after

And lacaz declared that his future choice will not be based on its chances of getting into the NT, but the most important was his carrier , the pleasure he can get and the possibilities to get a starting position and a game that fit him

He's obviously a better striker and footballer than Giroud but you have to admit the amount of goals he scores without penalty's is pretty **** for someone in the French League.
Can't understand the ****. Do you think it's a big amount of goals or a not enough amount of goals ??

Lacazette has regularly been linked with a transfer to Atletico Madrid and the 10-cap France international revealed his admiration for Diego Simeone’s side – and in particular, fellow Frenchman Griezmann.

“It’s totally me [who will decide where he signs],” Lacazette added. “It’s [Atletico] a club that is in the last stages of the Champions League for several years.

“It is a great team, in a new stadium, and it is also a club that makes the players progress. And there is Antoine Griezmann.”

Griezmann has of course been heavily linked with a £84million switch to Manchester United this summer. But amid doubts that the forward wants to quit Spain and move to England, Lacazette’s hopes of playing with his countryman appear to be another strong suggestion that the player could in fact stay at Atletico next season.

Alexandre Lacazette says France team-mate Antoine Griezmann has long been trying to convince him to leave Lyon for Atletico Madrid.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas stated on Saturday that Diego Simeone's side have come to a verbal agreement with Lacazette over a move in the next transfer window.
"They're one of the clubs that are hard to refuse," he said after Lyon's 3-3 draw with Nice on Saturday, in which he scored twice.

"Besides, Antoine has been trying for a while to get me to come."

Show me who is scoring more than he is minus penalties. Cavani and nobody else. In 2014-2015 when Lacazette won the golden boot Zlatan finished with 19 league goals. 8 of them were from penalties. Now please tell me how sh*t Zlatan was in France. In 2013-14 Zlatan had 26 league goals. 7 from penalties. I invite you again to tell me how sh*t Zlatan was for PSG.

He decided to stay because of the transfer ban = without the transfer ban he would have leave.
Griezmann (or journalists) saying that he wanted to get him at atletico, it's notrmal in a pre mercato period. Lacaz' was strongly linked with atletico since the winter window, and everybody knew they were friends.
So of course there were questions about this. What do you expect griezmann to answer : "yes I speak with him because I want to leave for Man U even if I don't know if they will be in C1 and if the transfer ban will be canceled, but he will be great replacement"
OR waffle "yes it would be great to play together, I love atletico and I'd be thrilled if he comes"
What do you think ?

I made a statement and put the facts out there to support it. They speak for themselves. If you want to interpret them any way you want, nothing I can do about it. If you want more sources, now in French.
