Please Lord, if you're listening, can we buy some defenders in Jan and have some back from injury soon, also wouldn't mind a winger, thanks. Amen.

Need to rewatch it bro. Was too focused on that superb assist by Lich.

Yeah do that. Doesn't make it less of an error by Licht. Just seems we always have these kind of goals where everybody forgets to do anything basic which results in these ****ty goals.

Guendouzi looks awful again, cant stopping giving the ball away. Unfortunately Guedouzi bascially looks like a fitter, more mobile and only a slightly less dumb version of Diaby.

The whole midfield has been very disappointing. There's no point in Xhaka playing if he's not getting the ball forward, Özil has been non-existent and Guen has been just as bad. Time to earn your pay secod half.

Leaving Guendouzi as the last man, when we're taking corners is equal to playing Russian roulette. He always doesnt look comfortable when he sees runners in front of him or sees flying ball towards him.

Started well, got worse as the half went on.

Özil offering us nothing in attack and Lichsteiner is calamitous in defence.

Our squad is down to the bare bones. Not sure who we bring on. Maybe Ramsey and hope he has that 1 decent game in 10 performance like he had 2nd half vs the tiny totts, and not the other 9 games where he misses passes and loses the ball in dangerous positions.

Licht off for Ainsley please. We started off looking really sharp and it has gone downhill rapidly. Still make massive mistakes at the back. I thought that might be something a change in coach would fix.

It was still a decent half from the formation worked very well Brighton rarely threat us. They even couldn't touch the ball for 25 minutes and still we gift them goal

Playing Xhaka + Guen has never worked so far. Not a suprise at all it doesn't today. Guen and Xhaka are way to similar.

Not... Diaby was very talented and full of technical ability. And super strong, actually the injury record is what finished him... this kid has nothing of Diaby... we wish he would

He should never have attempted that header, the ball was going nowhere. Not sure why people are blaming Guendouzi?
Probably has to do with him being last man and having zero awareness of what was around him. He didn't even know Locadia was on the pitch until he ran right past him.
