After the match yesterday, Lokonga is a very good passer but i think he is good at 8. That why in the pre-season he played there. Lokonga is a back-up at 8 for Xhaka.
Lokonga is not strong in defense, Ødegaard and Xhaka had to help him a lot.
If yesterday was an audition then Lokonga didn’t fail it, but he didn’t exactly pass it either. Kinda got the sense that against a really good side he’d be a problem.
Doesn’t really matter anyway, no big signing in midfield is coming. If Danilo comes he’s not gonna be PL ready anyway so I don’t really see the point of that.
