It's debatable whether City or Arsenal are better from box to box build up .

Agreed, they are the best in the league and probably in Europe with regards to their build up from deep.

Many teams will always take them on though, because they can be disrupted as we’ve seen this season even.

As good as Brighton are in build up, teams will go for them as they are determined to build short.
