denilson - 8 tidy and energetic. nice goal though the tender should have done better

arshavin - 6 good passes but failed to leave his mark on the game
vela - 5 should have buried that, miss rvp and bendy
walcott - 4.5 rusty, wasteful and poor decision making
rosicky - 6 looked nimble tho lost possession easily and didnt track back enough
silvestre - 5.5 meh

Vela - 6 - Started very brightly, and got himself into good areas in the first half. Faded a bit in the second, and got drawn out wide too often.

Seemed to me he was moved out wide as Arshavin played a more central role.

Almunia a 6? The inanimate object (woodwork) saved more than that clown did.

His distribution was as poor as ever as well.

Harsh ratings for Vela. I thought he worked very hard all match and it's not his fault he was changing positions; at least he has the ability to play in different positions unlike Eduardo.

Eduardo has played well both wide left and up top centrally.

Thought Vela did quite well in his movement and he did supply those around him still a bit of the pace on some occasions but he is a super player waiting to happen .
