This really has been the best display Iv seen of him. In fact its been the best 28 minutes Iv seen from anyone. If that isnt deserving of a 10 I wouldnt know what is.

The script was actually quite predictable - bringing the injured Cesc on because nothing else was really happening. That was precisely the scenario our starting XI should have been working to avoid, and they failed to do that.

Apart from that being an absolute load of rubbish, we dominated the second half before and after Cesc went off the pitch. It was you who was saying our midfield would get trounced by their 'Ohh so superior' midfield pre-game though (did their midfield even string two passes together all game?) nice prediction mystic Meg .

Not a vintage performance but it was never going to be without Cesc. We still dominated and looked very comfortable and focussed. We will always be like this without Cesc and with Arshavin up top we just need to be clinical because we will create albeit not as many chances.

For example i think it becomes a completely different game if Eduardo puts the ball in the net in the second minute and the need for Cesc isn't as much as the game opens up.
