Paqueta is more of a Gundogan replacement, with Bruno being able to play deeper for them.

No other club in the league could get away with making three dud signings in the same position within the space of a few years, and replace them every single time.

This would be worth spending most of our budget for. He's a brilliant player and this team would be better for 1-2 big signings than 4-5 Vieira type projects at this stage.
I didn't want him close to this squad. Maybe I have negative impression on him due to his nastiness every time him playing against Arsenal. But after watching some of his highlights, he seems capable to complement Rice. He wins not only 50-50 balls but also 45-55 balls when being surrounded by multiple opposition players. His distribution is fairly good, too.
