Completely forgot about that incident  His mum ate a clean uppercut on camera and his whole reaction was to do a little feint and fall back behind his mum again.

Probably thought if he faked a run de Bruyne would appear from behind to back him. Ultimate "he's not him" moment
The real shame was dude throwing everything on his mum and she ate it without flinching. Mama Foden is tough as nails

Lampard was easily the least talented of the three and had the worst all-round game.

It’s a bit like the Messi/Ronaldo debate. You can clearly see who the better footballer is but you also have to give the other props for keeping up due to their sheer hard work, dedication, determination and professionalism.

Lampard was definitely the more likable of the three though and I think that partly influences people’s judgement.
100% agree Lampard was a meh footballer who luckily had the knack of scoring.
The lad certainly liked a deflection😁

The rest of his game imho was pretty average.

He looked ok in a great Chelsea team.

He was absolutely pants for England. Got loads of caps but can count the number of good games he had on 1 hand.

Gerrard and Scholes however were both proper ballers.

No Lampard was obviously a good intelligent player. My point was that he wasn’t as talented as the other two but made up for it through sheer dedication to his craft. He was almost Ronaldo level of obsessively working hard on the training ground to improve his game and fitness. You have to give him credit for that because without that hunger he wouldn’t have got anywhere near the other two in terms of career input and effectiveness.

And yeah he did love a deflected 25 yarder whistle into the back of the net.

Well that was tragic but at least the penalty was good. Let's hope he can learn something from this and come back stronger in the quarter finals

Turns up only when we lose
Wendall locked him up, looked like Saka was out of ideas at some stage..

Physical athletic fullbacks playing LB.. .Saka needs to do better when up against them.

A player's true character is in how he plays and not in his social life. You can hide your real personality in your social life, You cannot on the field.
