Doubt it - think his movement and finishing from the wings is utter **** - if he gets a real shot as CF its very possible he can develop into something special - when he had his shot with us as CF the entire team played poorly - but as CF for England and United his record is pretty good

I use Chrome on all my PC devices and Silk on the Tablet, and it works everywhere.
The socialist in me feels sorry for those who're facing these issues.
