Mannone was my man of the match though. I love how people who've rarely seen him play have slagged him off for the past week.

In fairness, Vito hasn't shown anything prior to today that he had a performance like that in him.

He's shown his excellent reflexes before though.

I thought he looked excellent today. I graded the entire defense down 1 point simply because I felt that Mannone was left naked too often

Its strange really, I wan't to say the defence was great today and yet Fulham still had loads of chances.

I decided to just blame the midfield.

They kept getting caught one light because Arshavin and Diaby were both liabilities defensively.

The defence wasn't that great, they were just a bit lucky that Mannone saved them x-times. The amount of times when Fulham's players were allowed to take a header inside of our box was alarming but one could just say it's part of the game to have a keeper that can save you I suppose.

Mannone- 10...faultless performance. Superb from the young man.

Clichy- 7...better than usual.
Gallas- 8...solid as usual.
Vermaelen- 8...ditto
Sagna- 6...poor in the final third but defended ok.

Song - 5..awful for the third game in a row.
Fabregas - 5...awful for the third game in a row.
Diaby - 5...better than usual, but that's because he's a liability.

Arshavin - 6...worked hard to create something (especially in the first half) but it just wasn't happening for him
RVP- 6...anonymous, but took his goal superbly.
Bendtner - 6...worked hard again, but lacking quality in the final third.

Rosicky - 7...classy player. Showed a lot of maturity, as you'd expect.
Eboue - 5...see Diaby.

There are some incredibly unfair ratings for Cesc going on. You do know that it was his pass that allowed van Persie to get in behind and score, right guys?

Gallas was Arsenal's best player. Mannone got lucky with most of his saves, as most of Fulham's attempts were within his reach, and they were unable to turn in the rebounds. It was a good performance for the rookie though.

Do you not think Gallas played a part in Fulham getting those attempts in the first place Poppa?

I think Mannone's nose saved one goal too, it's not that bad to be a keeper with a big nose after all!

Gallas should have perhaps protected him more but I think I'm not that far from truth when I say that he saved one or two goals by throwing himself right there into the shot as well, was all right to me he, Gallas.
