I think he leaves simply as he is too good to be sitting on our bench when he could be starting for any club in Italy. Could probably play another 2-3 seasons at a high level in Italy, whereas his minutes here will likely dwindle.

I hope we keep Jorginho for another 2 years. He's an excellent role model and he can win trophies with us on higher wages. Also his fiancee is British and has a kid so maybe he'll want to stay in London.
