Dortmund isn't getting bullied, they generally tend to have the big clubs on strings.

Even dirty Barcelona was taken to the cleaners for Dembouz, though I'd say he might've been worth that, if he wasn't a walking injury.

Dortmund are staunch negotiators and usually get what they want from any club out there - bar Bayern in the case of domestic transfers. Either United pay up or Sancho will stay.

Any reason they get bent over so easily by Bayern? You'd think they would be most difficult with them.

Just need Chelsea’s havertz bid to collapse now. Would genuinely be gutted if that happens.

Ziyech and Werner is more than enough for those ****s in one summer thanks.

They'll be good going forward but their midfield and defence are non existent, they'll get absolutely f*cked on the counter next season imo, and I'm not sure Lampard will be able to address that.

Bayern just has the biggest draw of all German clubs and you're guarenteed to win a ton of (domestic) titles. For most German players it's a dream come true to play for Bayern, even more so than playing for a big international club (apart from Real, Barca etc obviously but getting a call from Munich is still more likely); once Bayern wants a player there's not much other German clubs can do. The draw is too big and they've probably already made up their mind to join them.

It's basically like almost all domestic transfers to Bayern are like the Fabregas from Arsenal to Barca one. The interested club (Bayern) wants the player and the player only wants to join them, that prevents a bidding war, restricts the selling clubs room for negotiation and thus lowers the fee.

It's down to Bayern's status as Germany's on and off the pitch football behemoth, the title guarantee and thus their massive draw.

Fair, I just don't agree with classifying the longing out process and haggling from 90m to 80M as a "transfer strategy." For me, it is in fact evidence of a lack of a strategy and the end result is we get mugged by other clubs.

I think you will get Sancho in the end anyway.

Club has the money, so if they really want the player, they will pay.

Remember when we were linked to Dembele that summer Marco Lichtsteiner was the middle man. Sounds like he is now working round the Sancho deal with United as well.

Think he will land them one of the duo.

Is he related to Stephan?
