Julien Laurens saying Laca isn't the right signing if you're hoping to win the league or raise your level, good player but not that good.
Wasn't it him last week saying how Lacazette was a better option than Aubameyang?

Think he'll do better at Lyon than West Ham though. Things will get nasty at West Ham, rubbish team and toxic fans in that car park of a stadium, Giroud shouldn't offer to be CF there.
Why not it's his lvl? French Andy Carroll with a better injury record

I think he ll have good options Giroud. Teams better than west ham, an Everton or a move to Italy.
Ideally he would stay and be a super sub but I can understand why he wouldnt want that, if Lacazette comes, and scores goals, then he ll probably take Giroud's place in the french team too.

Giroud should stay, he will play as starter in certain matches when we need a powerhouse up front and will be a good super sub as shown this year. Unfortunately in our new set up it is Walcott that is not needed

Sign Lacazette and keep Giroud, f*** his feelings, f*** his world cup year and f*** his starting role.

Giroud was happy enough to sign a contract here its about time the club comes first over what the players want. We've bent over for years and let the players leave when they please, he is under contract and should be used when needed coming off the bench and away games in Kazakhstan. If he keeps doing the business for France I reckon he will remain their main man regardless.

Previous tournaments have had odd squad selections over better players to suit a system.

Wenger won't sell Giroud unless we sign someone big. Lacazette alone isn't enough to sell Giroud imo.

I don't think an CL club will want Giroud. Lyon is really good option for him he gonna be starting striker there.

The scenes when we sell an allround care-free package of Giroud, Walcott & le Coq to West Ham whilest buying Mbappe, Lemar & Lacazette and are celebrating our already safe PL title only to see Giroud, Walcott & Coq do a Vardy, Mahrez and Kante and win the league with WestHam

Does anyone else think that Wenger wouldn't sell Giroud and replace him with Lacazette?

Seems a big gamble. Can't shake the feeling that Giroud going means two forwards are coming.

Arsenal Quotes

In 1997/98 we became English champions as I had set myself three missions to carry out which I felt were essential. One: to have an impact on the result and the team's playing style. Two: to foster the player's individual development. Three: to strengthen the structure of the club and enhance its global influence.
