What I don't understand when people say we should sell Auba cos he's older and keep Laca cos he's younger, is that physically Auba is not old at all. Look at him, he runs like a 26 year old. He doesn't get enough credit for his physical condition.

Like if he got a serious injury (which he's never had) then maybe that would ruin his physical spark, but that's true for any player really, but apart from that there's no sign at all that he's slowing down. If he looks after himself i'm really sure he can play at the top for a good while to come.

We should give him all the money.

Me too, but he can't really afford to have nerves at this point. He's on the fringes but he has to fight for his minutes and he's got to be better. He created a few good chances today, that's a plus point, but he needs to affect play more. Get involved, get in the game.

Partially because he's playing RW - I don't like him there, he's better in the middle or from the left - but even still, needs to demand more from others and himself. He's my favorite of the youngsters so it's really disappointing to me that he isn't doing better than he is.

He’s playing so scared, just hiding and focusing on doing his defensive work and not making any mistakes.. He’s not showcasing his ability at all, at this point I’d prefer to see a bad game from him where he takes initiative and tries stuff, but it’s not coming off over safe decent performances like this.. It’s purely a mentality problem, but it’s something he has to fix to succeed..
