Guess we shouldn't be surprised at such a strong squad. Usually English clubs don't take the EL group stage seriously (other than Mourinho at United) but Emery clearly feels it's important.

Sporting away was probably the game we should have played a strong team anyway. Hopefully we get the win tomorrow because it got to be worth it with 5 games in 12 days thingy.

If we win both the home and away game against Sporting we are set for the first place in this group. Then it won't be necessary to play a strong team in the last two games and we can give more game time to the younger players. Might be crucial since we usually have a dip of form around december. After the Vorskla away game we play Sp**s at home on sunday and 3 days later United away. Need everybody well and rested for that period.
