I'm a lot more positive on Willian than others are (Unsung important hard worker at Chelsea imo) in the first place, but in any case, if Arteta actually wants him nobody should have a problem. With Arteta's personality that will become clear soon enough on and off the pitch.

We essentially are “signing“ Özil at 32 just as much as we’re “”signing” Willian. Because both are free of transfer fees. There’s no difference (Except willian is a lot cheaper and more useful).
