Due to our awful midfield options I think we have to get Ceballos back again.
Ceballos/Torreira/Maitland-Niles
Xhaka/Guendouzi/Elneny
Willock/Özil/Smith Rowe
Guendouzi is definitely off, Torreira will finally go I think and I can’t see Arteta liking Elneny. Question marks on AMN staying so if Ceballos isn’t kept we have no CM options really.
We're not gonna pay 45m or anything close to that for a 17 year old. I wonder if Martinelli's injury changes anything for the club though. Without him you've basically got Pepe, Nelson and Saka as natural wide players. I wouldn't be totally surprised if the club looked to buy a young winger.
If he's a top talent and you can do the deal over 5 years at 9m or less a year then it should be considered. Like you said we are lacking quality wide players. Especially left wingers.
My take on it is that either Auba signs and Lacazette is sold or Auba decides to go and we sign Lacazette on a new deal. In either scenario we buy a forward but it'll probably be someone like Edouard, Depay or Benrahma and not a 17 year old.
Looks very existing indeed. Can dribble and kick a ball with both feet.I think we'll sign two anyway. But Ceballos is still useful regardless. Especially on a loan with obligation to buy.
In other news Portuguese media, specifically A bola are saying we want Joelson Fernandes again. 17 year old sporting LW. Looks exciting. Has a 45m euro release clause and funnily enough his agent is in the title of this thread.
Apparently hes looking at getting us a deal in instalments.
Wouldn't be against it but its the sort of link we see all the time from Portugal.

But this is why it can be beneficial to be in bed with agents like Kia. If he steer a top top prospect to Arsenal, I wouldn't care about a Luiz or Cedric.
I'm still living on the memory of when he came on as sub in the Emirates Cup and totally ran the show. Can't say I've seen him since, but he looked like the type of player we needed then and most def now. What’s Aouar done to get this much hype? People talk about him like he’s the new Iniesta but I don’t remember him even being better than Ndombele when they played together. Has he improved that much over the year?
Sarr looks very raw compared to Mane though.
