Play him or sell. Not doing the player any favors to keep him on the bench, and especially not doing the club any good at all as value will just go down.

Loan makes very little sense unless there’s a way to guarantee (lots of) minutes, which I doubt WH could.

It’s interesting we’re so light in attack but even when we’re **** we’re still not playing them. How does it make a difference if they’re here or not?
Apparently in the case of Nelson it’s because he’s reluctant at to leave.

Turns up only when we lose
You look at Elanga and Palmer leaving big clubs for regular game time and both are younger than Nelson and Smith-Rowe who are happy riding the bench.

Surely ESR should be looking at his fellow u21 Euro winning team mates such as Palmer and Gibbs-White playing regular minutes, does he have no shame?

What about Nelson, how many years has it been since he's had a premier league start, 2020?

As @2Smokeyy said, no sympathy for these fellas.

Neither might not want to leave. But it sounds as though that doesn’t matter as the club (Mikel) isn’t comfortable with not having them on the bench for 89 mins per game

I have no sympathy for him, Nelson and Nketiah when they’re fully aware of what they are in for by sticking around.

Arteta is happily hoarding these guys and never using them unless in an emergency. The three you've mentioned are fine with this.

The blame lies with both sides they are enabling each other. Even Pepe asked to leave they were willing to keep him here doing nothing.

Arteta turned Hale End into a male brothel. We have a squad full of rent boys. Shameful. (the players with no ambition, not the sex work)

Can understand the club not doing it because we really, really need some coins, any coins.. But the player not interested?

Imagine rejecting Moyes.. Knew he was just another leech, Emile Smith-Jenkinson

People thinking Arteta should use ESR over Havertz will never see this happen, the same as thinking he’ll drop Raya for Ramsdale - doing either of these things will make Arteta look stupid.
He spent £70m on Havertz and made him one of our highest earners, he’s going to play him regardless of what ESR is doing in training or how he performs in the 5 minute cameos he’s given.

Exactly this. He will never bench Ødegaard and rice, and Havertz is the managers project. He put his ego on this signing and will do everything to prove everyone wrong. It’s not fair competition

Would love to see ESR getting minutes again.
Unfortunately have doubts about his defensive side though & ability to get up & down the pitch.

People can say what they want about Kai but he puts a shift in & is an intelligent footballer. Xhaka before him the same.

Now If ESR can learn like Grealish did under Pep to be a more complete player no reason imho he can't get more minutes & be a valuable member of the squad.

However if he is not switched on enough or for want of opening a can of worms lacks the required football intelligence from a defensive standpoint and/or stamina it's gonna be very difficult for him to succeed here.
He would need to go to a club where the set up is different to succeed.

The real journalistic journey here would be to call all the Tattoo removal places footballers use and check if a certain "Confia en el Processo" tattoo has been delt with.

Glad if he's pushing for this loan. Would rather it was the club nudging him towards it, since it would signal a bit of an improvement over the current hoarding that Arteta's doing.

Yup fraud and sc.mbag Mik spent a 105 million on two pets to replace ESr; ESR could he Zidane in training and as fit as a marathon runner he will never see the field to expose Mik’s stupidity further to the world. Feck you Arteta and Feck everyone who enables you to soil Arsenal’s very DNA.

How do you know what his game is like no one has seen him get even a half run of games in years. The only evidence we have ESR is cr.p is Mik. Mik is the worst manager i have ever seen at rating players

Because we have seen in numerous times Arteta only make changes to starter team when players get injured. When he arrived we went to a pretty bad patch of cero creativity, then one of the starters get injured and Arteta had to play ESR and saved his ass with goals and creativity. Then he got injured and we are where we are. It's not about the players, our attack or BS like that, is the manager.
