Definitely Hleb's best game for us tonight; excellent dribbling and passing and endless energy. Good to see he can turn it on when it matters. He gets my vote followed closely by Eboue, who dealt very comfortably with a deadly Real Madrid left hand side.

Freddie was everywhere, though I was he looked better on attack.
And Gilberto was fantastic, he blocked many attacks, we wouldn't have gone through this match without such a performence of his.

Hleb for me, although Lehman, Kolo, Phil, Eboue, Flamini, Henry, Cesc, Gilberto and Freddie all deserve special mentions. After the first five minutes (when he gave it away once or twice), he really started pulling the strings from midfield - creative and dangerous every time he got the ball. Arsenal have always been the club of the people, the streets. Arsenal was one of the first clubs to really have black players, so it did represent the mass of the UK and how London is. I hope people at the club know that and who are they playing for.
