Anything more than 50M is questionable for me.

De Laurentiis would get something close to that especially once Liverpool get a world record fee for VvD.

If Maguire is worth £80 million then Koulibaly is defenitely worth at least as much even if you consider Slabhead's PL premium plus being about two years younger. Still arguably the second best CB in Europe.

I'd take Pavard, Varane and De Ligt over him but that's pretty much it.

To be honest this is very unlike PSV, but they are a total mess right now. Everything that can go wrong goes wrong. Earlier this season their #1 goalkeeper got demoted because of too many mistakes but somebody forgot to tell him he was #3 not #2 for the next match. So instead of sitting on the bench he was told to hide in the team bus. And he did.
