the miracles we seek
1. Chelsea lose against Everton away on the last day of the season
2. United lose to Chelsea & Blackburn
3. We win all our games handsomely

The momentum is with Chelsea. I'd say with this result we handed them the title. Still, stranger things have happened and at the very least I hope we win our remaining games.

If we still had any chance of this title then we did our chances no harm at all by winning today.

Let's just keep winning and see where it lands us after 38 games.

United's home record is scary but they'll have felt today's loss badly, plus, even though the CL SF is pretty much won they'll still have to use some players that they'd probably prefer to rest.

I could see Chelsea beating them.

It's just so frustrating to think of how close we were just a couple of weeks ago.

100/1 at Willhill for us to win the title. I have extremely little hope of course, just like the rest of you.. but still, I couldn't resist a cheeky fiver on it!

If only we'd got an extra two points for a win against either Spuds or dippers and just a DRAW against Bolton, we'd have a decent chance.... We really threw it away this year. :(

Just to think that even without all the dodgy reffing taken into account, if Failmunia hadn't thrown 5 points away vs. West Brom this season we'd be very close to the title.

I've often said that Failmunia costs us 5 points a season...but this season he cost that against just one team! SO glad he's not number 1 any more, he's been like a cancer to our trophy aspirations for years.

Refs have cost us lots of points this year.

Newcastle
Sunderland
Liverpool

And that's only the last months. Newcastle was too ridiculous for words really.

Then again we've thrown it away ourselves as well.

Inredible shame.

Not thrown it away quite yet!

Chelsea to win at OT and lose to Everton on the final day, Man U to lose at Ewood Park, and a couple of big wins our way :) Bound to happen really.

If only we held on against Liverpool and beat Bolton. AAAHHHH This title was there for the taking this season, extremely frustrating to think how close we actually were.

The goal now is to get as close as possible to the top 2. If United win, we're level with Chelsea. If United lose, we're 3 points off the top (providing we beat Stoke, of course). Lets just finish as close as we can to the top and not make it look like we didn't put in a challenge. Who knows, both teams may implode and let us win it by GD

Arsenal Quotes

The only moment of possible happiness is the present. The past gives regrets. And future uncertainties. Man quickly realised this and created religion. It forgives him what he has done wrong in the past and tells him not to worry about the future, as you will go to paradise.
