Especially considering how they've no problem holding up the game for 10 minutes to check if an Arsenal goal should stand when half an hour earlier we mightve pulled a defenders shirt for a second.Yeah this is crap. They could absolutely call back down to say they made a mistake like that. The fact that it was actually onside should trump every other technicality.
Even before you talk about overruling the earlier call what kind of processes do you have where one guy on a screen can make a wrong call like that based on a misunderstanding? How is it possible this guy checks a goal and finishes the check within seconds? Why the rush for anyway if he thought the goal stood a teams celebration takes at least a minute or two?
There are professions which don't allow for human error and you just don't see any mistakes there or if you do they're very rare. It's not a question of either or nor is there an honest error here this just an incestuous bunch of bald headed criminals who are both inept and corrupt.
