As i said Lazio does seem serious about Mustafi he is Inzaghi first choice CB and the price and wages won't be big problem for them.

I think he's one of those players that needs to be constantly coached by a manager through a game. When he's left to his own devices he switches off and loses concentration.

Its the clubs fault for signing him and giving him a contract, but it really makes you wonder about the mentality of some of these players. He is in the prime of his career, and is happy with being 6th choice center back.

No wonder we have been so bad over the years with players with this mentality.

I think it just means he's happy at the club. Like if Salah was staying at Liverpool and the press described him as "happy on Merseyside", irrespective of whether he actually likes living there.
