Losing Gnabry was a tragedy, if understandable due to badly timed injuries and worse loans. Guendouzi is no Gnabry. He's a disciplinary headache that isn't outweighed by his talent and performances. Ps we sold him for 8 million replaced him for 35 million with Viera. Guendouzi for free is better than 105 million for Kai and Viera, not to again mention Willock but him to

It sadly has not translated to the physicality of the English game, but that happens. A failed transfer, not a bad transfer. Guendouzi has failed to settle anywhere since leaving Arsenal, so it's not just Arteta who had issues with him. You're comparing apples to oranges here.
