Neither goal would of happened with Gabriel in there. The game tying goal was a near post corner ball Gabby eats up. The Saka back pass was a brain fart from a player used to having a CB in that spot when he passes back.

On further review, the first 60 min was the worst all around effort from Arsenal in 14 months. Sure Havertz made mistakes, but Ødegaard, Saka. Martinelli, Partey, Kwior were also really poor. Is Arteta sure the players have bought into the new system? He probably didn’t ask, but their overall play says it all.

It stank before the subs came on, but I don’t think this performance is worse than some performances at the dying the end of the title collapse.

Just do the basic right even when leading Zinchenko yesterday wanted to play between the midfield pass and wasn't needed just pass it back and have more control.

Even tho it resulted to corner it wasn't mainly his fault we didn't defend the corner everyone was stand ball watching.

These things are basic stuff and we have to relearn that again. We too comfortable at home and this big issue

Correct about the defending at the corner but there would have been an apocalyptic meltdown if another player gave it away. Zinny gets a lot of slack at the moment due to his magnificent first half to last season.

Was Saka the closest defender in that corner? He was involved in conceding both goals in that case.

They will be an interesting team for us to play at the present moment. Exactly the sort of team who can give us a lot of issues on the break.

We have got away with a lot of hairy situations over the past 3 games. Not sure Arteta can risk leaving Saliba and Kiwior at the back to try and stop Rashford and Fernandes breaking on us.

Bring Gabby and Zinchenko back and leave Havertz on the bench.
