The bigger question could be, is he interested in coming here? His contract ends in 2016. He's a regular at a top team in Italy that will in all probability continue to win trophies in the short tearm. He will also likely become an integral part of France's 2014 WC plans if he isn't considered so already.
Would he want to come back to England where he left under a bit of a cloud and go to a top 4 team that hasn't won anything since he was 12?

His wages demand for a player with unproven talent was a big risk and I am guessing Wenger wanted to give Coquelin a chance to prove himself

Was hoping someone here followed him and could probably verify whether the guy is another ITK or reliable

Its not Mirkovic because his club has denied any Arsenal contact but said scouts have watched him but most big clubs are watching Mirkovic

Would love to see pogba here definately showed why he was so highly rated at united at juventus and has improved. agree with what people are saying about him being one of the best young cms in the world. Has a bit of bite about him as well. dont see it being that likely as it stands though.
