Partey can invert during the game next to Jorginho with Tierney playing in a 3 at the back similar to what Pep is doing. We’ll have more bodies in the middle of the pitch and dominate the game imo which we’ve been lacking in recent games.

We've proven that we can recover from our "wobbles". We responded to a far worse run of results by winning 7 games in a row, back then our performances vs Everton, Brentford, Man City were average to dire whereas this time around we've dropped points through over confidence (basically stop playing our football).

With how most teams defend these days, if he was playing now I would back him to beat Haaland to the golden boot (all while getting like 30 assists on top of that too) monster of a footballer.

Do not underestimate them. They have the players who can give our defence in this current state some trouble. Sulemana is a handful and very direct.

We should win but the players need to respect the game and the opponent. Treat every game like a final with the same application and focus.

I would genuinely try Tierney at right back here and White at CB, can't be playing City with Holding if we aren't gonna change formation.
