Winter break hasn't stopped English teams reaching finals in the past. Bit of a myth, tbh. Reason they haven't done so well recently is a combo of being **** and UEFA hating English teams.

We've got a good chance if we're injury free by the time it comes around. Knowing they have a winter break and we have a hectic schedule, that's highly unlikely.
Even if we are plagued with injuries we have a chance, albeit a small one. We'll be the underdogs again but hopefully we will have learned from past experiences.

We're in a better position than we were in the previous three ties with Bayern, but form can change a lot from now to January. Ancelloti has a fantastic CL record too. I think we'll give it a good go though.

I'd rather play the first game at home, keep a clean sheet and go away and get a result. Bayern seem confident of beating us and history favours them in a k/o. Us Gooners should be wary of talkin our team down especially on Twitter. We sound beaten before a ball has been kicked and that's a vote of no confidence to our players. We can do this if our first 14 are fit and every player is totally committed. COYG.

I agree, don't really see advantage in playing second leg at home. If we won't get positive result in Allianz Arena, we'll be under massive pressure at home.
Unless Santi is back we will get massacred. We are starting games at the moment with four players in key positions who are limited in the short passing game under pressure.
