I love that we got linked with Stones the second Ake allegedly chose City.

Stones is what I fear the most. Another CB who often makes mistakes for 20-30M.
We desperately need a solid CB. I think the story is BS anyway considering we are after a predominately left sided CB.

Stones on loan isn’t bad if we shift Mustafi and Sokratis.
I just think we need a CB with a bit of aggression in their game, that can play on the front foot in and out of possession. Stones is good on the ball and a calm defender, sure, but I think we already kinda have that with Saliba coming in - a dominant defender but one who is definitely more composed. I think we need the right complement and Stones-Saliba I'm not sure is that. I'd make an exception for someone like Ben White but that's a very long shot.
Would you do a deal to swap Ben White for AMN?

I'd seriously consider it if it was on the table but I would be reluctant to lose AMN.

I'd honestly still have Koulibaly as the number 1 CB target if I was Arsenal. We bid 72m for Pepe last summer, Koulibaly would be around that or not much more. He's got a good 5 years left in him. Him and Luiz partner up next year while Saliba settles, then Luiz leaves and Koulibaly/Saliba make a partnership with Mavro coming back from Germany as back-up.
I've got it all worked out, just need to call Raul to give him the deets.
