Yeah makes no sense for them because it’s goodbye to promotion imo if they sell him.

Keep him to the summer unless silly money comes in and they can probably get an even better fee for him.

Sh*t news for us but they’ve got all the cards.
We aremt buying anyone this month anyway, just a load of hot air tbh

His stats look great but he doesn't seem all that on youtube.
Buendia has to be one of the most enigmatic players we have been linked to from the PL. You would think that we would have a decently defined profile on him considering he played in the PL last season but its extremely mixed. He has some of the leading stats in the league for chance creation etc but didn't heavily pass the eye test and wasnt even starting at one stage. Really strange, he could either be a smart signing or a flop we move on 12 months down the line.

For 25m the gamble isn't huge. He comes does ok nothing special you could probably sell him for 10-15m.

I agree, thats why I want to sign him rather some washed up 29 year old on a cut price deal but 200k a week wages.

Pepes stats and YouTube clips looked good. In the end he's been a major flop. Until you watch a player week in week out you'll never really know the full story.
Don't consider Pepe a flop. He hasn't been played properly and treated the same as other attackers.

Yeah he seems more along the lines of a Southampton or Aston Villa kind of signing but looking at his stats and youtube you can tell the pull is because of a simple, efficient and complete game while he is pretty strong for an advanced midfielder. Its pretty hard to tell if he can transfer his game to attacking midfield for us though.

That said he does look like the kind of player that could potentially be a very shrewd pick up even if as part of the squad. And its not as though we're filled with options and variety in midfield that needs more than a couple of players so who knows. He seems like he could slot into any attacking midfield, wide and CM role.

Pepes been a flop. 72m and he can't get in the starting 11. When he has played he has been poor. He plays against Dundalk and Vienna and isn't destroying those teams. Everyone's got their own opinion but if the club were offered 40m for him tomorrow they would take it.

Yeah worst case he becomes a useful squad player or we sell him for near the price we bought him.

Big time Willian is just another burning money exercise for this club. Someone young with something to prove is what we need.

Buendia also will see the move as a way to improve his international opportunities.

Do you go for Buendia at £25M or do you get a 6 month loan on Isco and then put that £25M towards a Grealish in the summer? Or even try to sign Aouar again if thats who the manager really wants.

Would Buendia make a vast difference to our season compared to a Grealish kind of signing next year?

Grealish or Aouar are not coming here, so who are suggesting?

Benrahma has been dogshit for West Ham.and he was tearing The Championship apart. 25m plus for Buendia is much too much. He isn't proven and is a risk.

Arsenal Quotes

Don’t be scared to be ambitious. It’s not a humiliation to have a high target and to fail. For me, the real humiliation is to have a target and not to give everything to reach it.
